We deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other major cities.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across the UAE.
Please make sure to have the exact amount ready when receiving your order.
The delivery agent will collect payment at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for return:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong item), Ubranix will cover the return shipping cost.
